Monday classes run from June 8th through July 13th at the Bemidji Community Arena from 6:00-8:00pm (specific class times vary, see flyer). We have classes for ALL ages! This Early Summer Power Class is for levels Basic 4/Adult 4/Hockey 4 through Advanced skaters. Build more power behind your skating! Class is every Tuesday from 6:00-6:30pm from June 9th through July 14th at the Bemidji Community Arena, Sanford Health Rink. Drop-In options available! This is an USFSA membership virtual test session for skating skills, singles, pattern dance, and free dance tests for both standard and adult tracks! Registration Closes: Thursday, June 25th. Improve flexibility, balance, strength, and body awareness with this skater-focused off-ice class. Through yoga, mobility exercises, and functional movement training, participants will develop skills that support healthier movement patterns, injury prevention, and improved performance on the ice. Open to Advanced Skaters, Basic 4+, Hockey 4+, and Adult 4+. No prior experience is required! Participants should wear comfortable athletic clothing and bring a yoga mat and water bottle.
