Bemidji Figure Skating Club is a non-profit organization where all skaters, recreational to competitive, are encouraged to meet their individual skating goals. BFSC promotes sportsmanship and creates opportunities to develop skaters to their fullest potential in a positive and supportive environment.
Curriculum Based
We are proud to provide our community with the most progressive, standardized skating curriculum endorsed by US Figure Skating, USA Hockey, and USA Speedskating - the Learn to Skate program.
Quality Coaching
All of our coaches are certified by the Professional Skating Association and take yearly coach compliance courses. Coaches are safesport certified and instructors over 18 complete a background check each year.
Athlete Centered
Our goal is to help build skaters into confident, healthy athletes, that learn more than just skating skills - we help guide skaters to set goals, manage their time, and other important skills that help them as they go through life.
