Skate-A-Thon!

Time: 2:00-4:00pm
Place: Bemidji Community Arena
We are excited to host our 5th annual Skate-A-Thon! Last year was such a success we are going to do it all again. The funds raised at this event help subsidize all the programming that our organization offers throughout the year. This is our main fundraiser for the year and we ask for your help in making it a success! This year we are going to do an Autumn Carnival theme! We will have concessions, carnival games, face painting and much more. If you are currently enrolled in our Learn To Skates Fall session, you can come and skate for free and will receive some event tickets in your treat bag for concession and carnival games. For everyone else, $5/person to skate and tickets are 1/$2, 10/$10, 25/$20, 65/$50. For every $30 you raise, you will receive 1 Bring a Buddy pass. These passes can be used for family and friends to come and skate with you. So, bring your family and friends and make a night of it!

Here's the plan:
- Take home a pledge sheet.
- Have friends and family help you fill it up! Make sure to give them a donation receipt for their tax deductible donation! Or, CLICK HERE, where they can donate online and include your name so you still get credit towards prizes!
- Turn in your pledge sheet and the money you have collected on or before Sunday, October 26th, 2025 and collect your Bring a Buddy pass(es).
- Come and enjoy the event with your family and friends on Sunday, October 26th, 2025! We will have concessions, carnival games on and off the ice, a freeskate area and so much more!
Prizes available:
Students will get 1 Bring a Buddy pass for every $30 they raise to share the on ice fun at this event with family and friends.
Students who come that day will receive a treat bag including some event tickets and a free ticket to the exhibition show immediately following the Skate-A-Thon!
Students (families) who raise $75 or more will get a raffle ticket to enter the day of the event.
The top fundraiser will receive a special prize!
